Cancellation policy

FLEX offers a subscription (recurring purchase) option that allows customers to receive their products automatically at a chosen frequency at a discounted rate.
How Subscriptions Work
- You choose your product and delivery frequency at checkout
- Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date
- You will receive an email reminder before each renewal
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no conditions, no fees, and no minimum commitment. To cancel:
- Log in to your account and manage your subscription directly
- Or contact us at flexgummy@protonmail.com and we will cancel it for you promptly
Cancellations take effect immediately. If a charge has already been processed for an upcoming order, that order will be fulfilled. No refunds will be issued for already-processed subscription charges, except in the case of a defective or damaged product (see Return Policy).
Modifying Your Subscription
You can pause, skip a delivery, or change your frequency at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.
