Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Shipping
Orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped from Quebec. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Quebec & Ontario: 3–6 business days
- Atlantic & Prairie provinces: 5–8 business days
- British Columbia & territories: 7–10 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at flexgummy@protonmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
