We went back and forth with our manufacturer for months. Adjusting. Testing. Refining. Waiting. We could have moved faster. We could have compromised. We could have chosen easier paths.

We didn’t.

The reason we stayed is simple: he cared about the product the same way we did. He wanted it to be real. To contain exactly what it claims. To be something we would actually stand behind.

So we kept working. For over a year.
