At FLEX, operated by Statera Nutraceutique Inc., we are committed to product quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the consumable nature of our nutritional supplements, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy on all opened or used products.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any product once it has been opened or used. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions — Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will make it right in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product was damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong item

To report an issue, contact us at flexgummy@protonmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products purchased on sale or at a discounted rate
  • Products where the issue is a result of misuse or improper storage

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve your issue is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that do not meet the exceptions outlined above.
